What I Do
We cover all areas of fitness.
AMR Personal Training is a fully mobile service: We visit and bring the gym to you!
We provide dedicated one-on-one Personal Training and also provide training for two people (couples or friends) and group training (great for a small party of work colleagues). The venue is anywhere you wished to be trained: Home; Garden; Office or Outdoor Park.
Sessions comprise: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training); Boxing and Pad work; TRX; Medicine balls; Swiss Ball; Weights; Resistance bands; Body-weight dynamic exercises plus more... Outdoor training utilises objects like benches/trees/hills, etc. Workouts will be challenging to the whole body but, crucially, diverse, fun and highly effective in working towards your training objectives!
We can aid in:
