AMR Personal Training client base...

We serve a variety of clients from all walks of life. From those just starting out in exercise  all the way to advanced with specific goals. No matter what the training objective, our clientele are committed to our drive & dedication to their health success; a significant number have been with AMR Personal Training for over 10 years with a few since its inception in 1998!...

A friend and colleague recommended Adam to me when I said that I wanted to lose weight and improve my fitness. I have been training with Adam twice a week for 8 months now and in that time my energy levels have increased tenfold and I sleep much better. Not only have I lost 2.5 stones in weight but I've gone from a size 16 to a size 10.

Due to a hectic work and travel schedule I never thought I'd be able to commit to a fitness programme but working out with Adam means that I'm able to fit training in around my business trvael at a time and place that suits me. Adam's positive and friendly approach means that training is no longer a chore.

Adam has been training me for nearly three years. Every session is different. Adam constantly changes the routines and exercises to keep me interested and motivated. And Adam is very good at stretching, which is a bonus for me because of years of playing football and not stretching has taken a toll on my legs!

Adam has kept me fit through two pregnancies and beyond. Whatever my state of mind at the beginning of the session, Adams positive attitude always has me smiling at the end. He is the only person I know who can make press-ups sound fun!

I have been working out with Adam Riccio for around 18 months and have to say that having somebody ensure that my training regime is interesting, varied and effective has been fantastic. Although I no longer have the time for such an intensive schedule, I really noticed the benefits of it on recent trips to both Zimbabwe where after the White Water rafting trip I managed the hike out of the Zambesi Gorge (equivalent to walking up an 80 storey building) with relative ease, and skiing which is so much more fun when you are fitter and stronger. Unlike previous trips when skiing after lunch was not an option due to aching muscles! Each training session is both challenging and varied and somehow Adam manages to get more effort out than I imagine (as my muscles complain whenever I miss out on training!).
