Other than the fact that Adam is a lovely guy .. We couldn't rate Adam highly enough. He is prompt and reliable, he adapts our training for our individual needs. He makes you train hard but classes are enjoyable and varied. We've seen the results and we wouldn't want to train with anyone else...
