Adam has been training with me twice a week for about three years now.  We do a variety of cardio, strength and toning exercises either in my house or outside in the garden and we have carried on with this throughout the pandemic when possible.  Adam makes the sessions varied so they go quickly and he pushes me to just the right level. He is always punctual and very flexible on occasions when we need to switch the timing of sessions.  He’s a nice person to have around and spend time with – and my family enjoy having him around as well.  I can’t say that I love exercising, but Adam makes it enjoyable and I always feel good afterwards.  I would definitely recommend Adam as a trainer.
