I have trained with Adam regularly for over fifteen years. I love the fact we can be outdoors in nearly all weathers and he adapts the hour so that it is varied all the time.
He provides enough challenges to help build and extend your fitness levels and the overall regime is an excellent mix of core workout, cardio and specialist area exercises. We run, skip, use benches, elasticated bands and many other components from his rucksack or the world around us! I also love the boxing – an excellent stress buster!!
As time has marched on Adam has cleverly adapted the program to accommodate what I have needed -- pre and post natal exercise, post-injury recovery (back and hamstring), and has also encouraged me to train and accomplish other fitness goals including recently achieving my first ever 10K.
Adam is encouraging to firm rather than military to bossy in his approach and has a sound and wise manner. He is someone it is always a pleasure to spend an hour or two a week! Adam is always punctual and accommodating on the calendar when he can be.
