About AMR Personal
Training
Experience
a new approach to health & fitness with one-to-one personal
training at a time and location to suit your lifestyle. Our
client base is split into two main groups:
-
early
mornings/lunchtimes and evenings - mainly for professional
clients who have to train around their work commitments and
-
during
the day - primarily ladies/ flexible individuals who are able
to train at off-peak hours (many with young children who are
not a problem!)
We are happy to train on an individual or small group basis
at a choice of venue that suits you. Whilst training at home
or your place of work is equally successful, we have access
to a gym at the Barbican if preferred. AMR Personal Training
can offer you structured, one-on-one exercise sessions designed
to accommodate your training objectives and daily commitments,
utilising improved training techniques and maximum efficiency
