About Adam M Riccio BSc (Hons), ACSM

Having achieved a BSc Honours Degree in Human Physiology, Adam joined the private health club Holmes Place as a personal trainer. Working in both the City and West End clubs of Holmes Place for two and a half years and seeing the popularity and demand for personal training, Adam decided to set up his own personal training company: AMR Personal Training has been successfully trading since its inception in 1998 and has a client base spanning the City, West End and outskirts of Central London.
